• How much is shipping?
• Shipping is Free on all orders over $99.

• How long does it take for an order to arrive?
• This depends on the product ordered. Please use this table as reference for Shipping to your Country. Please keep in mind, that processing can take 1-5 business days.

• Can I have a tracking number?
• We provide a tracking number via email when the orders shipped, but the detail tracking info may not be available until it arrives at your destination country. So please be patient for the info update. Thanks!

• Where are your warehouse located?
• We currently have warehouses located in Australia, China and Singapore.

• Can I pay in my local currency?
• The currency will be set to USD by default, this is converted to your currency once you reach checkout.

• What is RGB LED Lights?
• RGB LED Lights contains three separate diodes within the same bulb casing. Each of these diodes emits its own, specific color – red, green, or blue.

• What is RGBW LED Lights?
• While an RGB LED uses three colored diodes, the RGBW on the other hand uses four diodes, the extra one being a white diode. This white diode outputs pure white light, so when you need white color, only the white diode is working. The rest of the three kick into action when you need colors.

• Do your RGB or RGBW LED Lights include the remote controllers?
• Except model DP9X3W-RGB, our RGB or RGBW LED Lights do not include remote controllers. We just sell the light itself. It should be more convenient for you to buy the RGB or RGBW controller in local market as per your specific requirement. If you do need to get some advice for buying remote controller. Please send us a message and we will assist you on this.
